Terms of Use

Meridian Attest is operated by Roger Sherman Intelligence Systems (RSIS), Roger Sherman Holdings, Charleston, South Carolina; billing and contracting through Certified, LLC. The service records the actions an AI agent proposes, the verdict the declared policy produced, and a verifiable evidence chain. It is provided with a limited, declared scope described in Method.

You are responsible for the policies you declare, the delegations you sign, the agents you connect and the actions they take. The service enforces and attests; it does not assess whether your organization meets any legal obligation, and its verdicts are not certifications of any kind.

The ledger is append-only. Nothing sealed in it is edited or deleted, including at your request; corrections are published as new events. Exports are provided so that you, your auditors and your counterparties can verify the record independently.

Operator accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for the one-time codes sent to your address. RSIS may suspend access that endangers the integrity of the ledger or of the service.

The service is provided as described in Method, with the service level stated there and without other warranties. Liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim. South Carolina law applies.
